Care Instructions 

• Spot clean or hand wash only
• Do not machine wash and tumble dry
• Do not use bleach
• Do not iron
• Do not dry clean

For small problem areas:

• Pretreat the area(s) with a mix of water and a little bit of laundry detergent that is free from dyes and perfumes.
•  Lightly scrub the problem area(s) with a soft bristle brush, then set aside to dry.
  

For deep cleaning:

• Pretreat with a spray of white vinegar onto the entire cap, then let it sit for 10 minutes.
• Lightly scrub problem area(s) with a soft bristle brush. 
• Take a plastic tub or bucket and fill it with warm water and a little bit of laundry detergent (preferably the one that is free from dyes and perfumes).
• Soak it for 30 minutes (Note: place something heavy enough to keep the cap from floating above the water).
• If needed, scrub the area(s) that need a deeper cleaning with more laundry detergent.
• Rinse completely with warm water.
• Take a round object, for instance, a bowl that is big enough to contour the cap, then set the cap on top of it.
• Set aside to air dry completely.
